Merchandise made for a real purpose
Book a 30 minute merch call and we will guide you through the important decisions. You do not need to understand apparel manufacturing before speaking with us.
During the call, we will complete a guided order form with you so we can understand your organisation and what you are trying to create. We discuss who will wear the apparel, whether it will be sold, gifted or used as a uniform, your expected quantity, deadline, budget and preferred fit.
We also ask what happened with previous orders and what matters most this time, such as quality, price, sizing, delivery, or repeat ordering.
We will review your artwork, colours, print size and placement before anything moves into production. AI, PDF, EPS or a clear high resolution minimum 1500 x 1500 pixel for PNG is preferred, and we will let you know if small text, image quality, or design details may cause problems when printed or embroidered.
We also provide the relevant size chart, discuss the fit you want, and help plan the size breakdown before you approve the final order details.
Select 'Let’s Talk Merch' or 'Contact' tabs on top of the homepage and choose a suitable time on Google Meet. You do not need to prepare every detail before the meeting. Bring your idea, deadline, and any artwork you already have. We will use the meeting to understand what you need before preparing a quote.
We will present you the relevant products and pricing based on your quantity and branding requirements.
We also explain suitable decoration options, including screen printing, DTF, DTG and embroidery, and recommend what works best for your product and artwork.
Once the order details are approved, we will prepare the production instructions and confirm the garment, artwork, sizing, quantities, and decoration requirements with our production team.
We keep you updated as the order moves through production, so you know what stage it has reached and what happens next. Quality checks may include fabric inspection, checks during sewing and decoration, measurement reviews, quantity checks, and a final inspection before dispatch.
